Washington, D.C. (Oct. 2, 2018)—Tomorrow, October 3, 2018, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, will participate in a panel discussion at a Brookings Institution forum, “The Rule of Law Crisis:  Where Are We Now and What is to Come?”  Cummings will participate in the second panel, which will focus on oversight.  More information on the event and streaming information can be found here.
