House Committee Chairs to Unveil New Letters Demanding Answers on Trump Administration’s Decisions in Lawsuit to Destroy Americans’ Health Care

Washington, D.C. – On Tuesday, April 9, at 9 a.m. E.T. Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Frank Pallone Jr., Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler and House Democrats will hold a press conference to unveil new letters to the Attorney General, HHS Secretary, and the White House demanding the production of documents related to the Trump Administration’s decision to expand its assault on Americans’ health care in the Texas v. United States lawsuit last month.  The letters are signed by Chairman Pallone, Chairman Nadler, Oversight and Reform Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal, and Education and Labor Committee Chairman Bobby Scott.
