The Federal Workforce and U.S. Postal Service Subcommittee holds the federal government accountable to taxpayers with a focus on federal civil service, labor policy, and the U.S. Postal Service.
Led by Subcommittee Chairman Dennis Ross this Congress, the Federal Workforce and U.S. Postal Service Subcommittee has investigated rightsizing the federal workforce, examined the federal government's approach to employee compensation, and passed H.R. 2309, the Postal Reform Act, to the full committee. The Postal Reform Act would implement sweeping, structural reforms to the USPS in order to bring the institution back to fiscal solvency.
