The hearing will examine federal regulations and policies that impede the growth of high tech jobs and technologies and business practices that have been developed in the high tech industry that could be implemented by the federal government to create greater efficiencies and reduce waste, fraud, abuse and mismanagement at federal agencies. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the San Jose City Hall, located at 200 E. Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA.
