DesJarlais serves the people of Tennessee’s Fourth Congressional District on the Oversight Subcommittee on Health Care, District of Columbia, Census & the National Archives and Oversight Subcommittee on Regulatory Affairs, Stimulus Oversight & Government Spending.

“Right now I think Oversight is such an important part of government because we have so many problems and we have so much waste, fraud and abuse,” said Rep. DesJarlais in the video. “You don’t have to look very far to find problems here. So it has been a very busy committee. I think that we’re trying to find what’s wrong with this country and this is the committee that’s doing it.”
