Background:
Congress must do everything it can to protect women’s sports. The Biden Administration’s Title IX proposed rules redefine sex discrimination on the basis of “gender identity,” putting at risk the safety, privacy, and opportunities for women in sports. Riley Gaines will testify at a Subcommittee on Health Care and Financial Services hearing on Tuesday, December 5th at 2:00 p.m. ET titled “The Importance of Protecting Female Athletics and Title IX.”
