WASHINGTON – House Financial Services Subcommittee on Monetary Policy and Trade, and Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Health Care, Benefits, and Administrative Rules, will conduct its second joint hearing looking into the future viability of Export–Import Bank, which is up for reauthorization in June.

During the first joint subcommittee hearing on April 15, 2015, the Committees learned two key things: 1. the Obama Administration has failed to meaningfully comply with the requirements passed by Congress and signed into law as part of the reauthorization of Ex-Im in 2012 and 2. the Ex-Im Inspector General mentioned that future indictments at the bank are possible.
