Chairman Comer and Rep. Luna Announce Republican Appointments to Declassification and Transparency Task Force

WASHINGTON—House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), newly appointed chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, today announced the following Republican members will serve on the panel:

  • Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), chairwoman
  • Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.)
  • Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.)
  • Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.)
  • Rep. Eric Burlison (R-Mo.)
  • Rep. Eli Crane (R-Ariz.)
  • Rep. Brandon Gill (R-Texas)

“Ensuring government transparency for the American people is a core mission of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. The Republicans on Rep. Luna’s task force are steadfast champions of transparency, and I am confident they will vigorously pursue and deliver the truth on critical issues,” said Chairman Comer.
