Comer Introduces Legislation to Shine the Light on Regulatory Guidance
WASHINGTON – Today, House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) introduced H.R. 890, the Guidance Out of Darkness (GOOD) Act, which requires agencies to publish their regulatory guidance on the Internet in a single, easily accessible location.
